Refund policy

When returning a product, you carry the risk of the goods until the item is with us in our office WILD Explorer. Therefore it is important to pack the product securely so that it is no damaged during transport. In order for a full refund to be made, the product must be unused and returned in undamaged original packaging. All labels must remain on the product and any manuals must be submitted. It is important that outer packaging is used and that no tape or other material is affixed directly to the original packaging.

The right of cancellation does not apply to goods made or modified according to your particular wishes. Return items cannot be shipped per. COD. After WILD Explorer has received and approved the complaint, refund is made within fourteen (14) days. Repayment occurs only on transfer to bank account, not cash.

To enable a possible return, you must be able to prove the purchase and WILD Explorer recommends that you save the order confirmation and payment reference as a receipt for your purchase.

WILD Explorer pay for a return by shipment. Contact WILD Explorer Customer Service for further information or help with return. Never pay for the return shipment yourself, otherwise we will not be able to refund shipping costs or track the package.

Return of offerings

For purchases that entitle you to gift or extra discount (e.g. 3 for 2 offers), the value of the gift or the additional discount is considered a general discount divided by the full amount at the time of purchase. If a portion of the purchase is exchanged and / or returned, the returned items are assessed at the purchase price less the relative share of the general discount. In case of replacement, no conversion of the original reason for the gift or discount is made.

Promotions, offers or additional discounts apply only to new purchases and can not be obtained retrospectively. A gift or discount cannot be transferred to another purchase and can not be offset by exchange for another item.
